At Heresin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

📦 Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email).
• Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

🚚 How to Request a Return

2️⃣ Provide your order number and details about the return.
3️⃣ If your return is approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions.
4️⃣ Ship the item back (customer covers return shipping).
5️⃣ Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.

🔄 Exchanges

We offer size exchanges for clothing. If you need a different size, return the item first. Once we approve the return, you can place a new order for the correct size.

🚫 Items That Cannot Be Returned

Some items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons:
❌ Sex toys, intimate items, and personal care products (if opened or used).
❌ Custom-made or personalized products.
❌ Items marked as “final sale”.
❌ Gift cards and digital products.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at contact@heresin.com with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

💰 Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
